Warehouse and Distribution Administration Executive



Maersk Logistics Indonesia is an established and developed business managing in excess of 2.5 million CBM p.a. With challenging growth targets across our Logistics businesses, we are now seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Warehouse and Distribution Administration Executive, to be based in our Jakarta office.



The incumbent shall manage and execute all Warehouse and Distribution administration tasks, and reports to Warehouse and Distribution non-MML Manager.


Responsibilities:

*
Execute and coordinate administration tasks related SAP.
*
Monitor client profitability and report negative trend immediately to WND Non-MML Manager.
*
Ensure 100% compliance to administration, archiving, and reporting support to internal and external customers.
*
Execute improvements of administration flow and customer service quality and efficiencies.
*
Execute assigned project and work closely with project team and support any developments projects undertaken.
*
Achieve the targeted receivable outstanding measurements, and client specific requirements-reporting as well as proactive action to prevent errors from occurring.
*
Maintain good relationships and work pro-actively with counter-parts (both internal and external).
*
Ensure that all Maersk Logistics’ counter-pats understand our requirements and comply to the
*
Problem solving within administration activity scope, always ensuring proactive communication of the planned solution to all involved parties.
*
Implement, live, and act in accordance to Maersk Vision, Mission and Values.
*
Full adherence to Maersk’s Policies/Directives.
*
To co-ordinate with other Maersk Logistics entities as appropriate, and to ensure that “administration best practices” are communicated and formalized for use across WND teams in IA.
*
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service related to administration, always meeting, if not, exceeding their expectations.
*
Ensure the assigned training is implemented in daily work.
*
Ensure that through providing exception reporting, clients are engaged to correct and realign any procedures that are no longer relevant or that are causing issues unrelated to those they are designed to address.
*
Raise business tolls requirements for execution of relevant tasks needed across administration process.
*
To record all activity associated with costs and revenues.

Requirements:

*
Having at least 1 years experience in Supply Chain Management or related Logistics activities.
*
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
*
Strong management, motivation, and coaching skills.
*
Self starter with strong drive, motivation, and commitment.
*
Resistance to pressure in fast paced work environment.
*
Adaptable to dynamic conditions.
*
Previous experience of working in an international business, or overseas with other cultures will be an advantage.
