Reporting to the Chemical Engineer, run test on plant steam and water circuits to determine the chemical constituents. Monitor and maintain make water system, pre treatment, SWRO, DWRO and demineralises, including service water and potable water to determine the chemical. Analyse the quality of the boiler water make up water system, cooling circuit, water treatment, waste water treatment and associate system. Troubleshoot water treatment system, sub system and devices using generally accepted method, instruction manual and common sense to locate the cause of malfunctions. Record and update the inventories and safe handling procedures for chemical supplies; ensure compliance with dangerous regulation.

The candidate should have graduate from Polytechnic or D3 majoring in Chemistry with 3 years working experience preferably at coal fired power station or similar industry and English communication skill is essential

IV. KETENTUAN PENDAFTARAN
1. Berkas Administrasi Lamaran terdiri dari:

2. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan 1 (satu) berkas lamaran dan pelamar hanya diperkenankan untuk melamar 1 (satu) jabatan formasi yang tersedia.
3. Pada Amplop Berkas Administrasi Lamaran dicantumkan Kualifikasi Pendidikan beserta Kode Kualifikasi Pendidikan dan Jabatan yang dilamar beserta Kode Jabatan Yang Dilamar serta Unit Kerja beserta Kode Unit Kerja pada Bagian Kanan Atas Amplop.
4. Pelamar yang tidak mencantumkan nama jabatan yang dilamar atau kualifikasi pendidikan yang tidak sesuai dengan formasi jabatan yang dilamar, dinyatakan gugur dalam Seleksi Administrasi.
5. Berkas lamaran disusun rapi sesuai urutan dan disatukan dengan penjepit, dan dimasukan dalam map dengan menuliskan Kode Jabatan yang dilamar pada pojok kiri atas, dengan warna map sebagai berikut :
a. Warna Hijau untuk D-III;
b. Warna Kuning untuk D-II;
c. Warna Merah untuk D-I
V. TAHAPAN DAN PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI
1. Seleksi dilaksanakan dengan sistem gugur melalui tahapan sebagai berikut:
a. Hasil seleksi administrasi direncanakan akan diumumkan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2008;
b. Pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administrasi akan diberikan Tanda Peserta Seleksi yang direncanakan akan dibagikan pada tanggal 24 s.d. 26 Oktober 2008. Adapun tempat pengambilan Tanda Peserta Seleksi di Sekolah Tinggi Transportasi Darat (STTD) Jl.Raya Setu KM.3,5 Cibuntu, Cibitung, Bekasi
Catatan : Pada saat pengambilan Tanda Peserta Seleksi, tidak dapat diwakilkan serta diwajibkan membawa identitas diri dan pas foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 1 (satu) lembar dengan mencantumkan nama dan jabatan yang dilamar di balik pas foto.
c. Seleksi Tertulis, berupa TES KOMPETENSI DASAR (TKD), yang meliputi Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU), Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS) dan Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK) yang direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 04 November 2008, khusus D-III ditambah Test Kompetensi Bidang (TKB).
2. Nama Peserta Yang Lulus Tiap Tahapan Seleksi akan diumumkan melalui WEBSITE DEPARTEMEN PERHUBUNGAN dengan alamat http://www.dephub.go.id, http://perkeretaapian.dephub.go.id, http://hubdat.web.id, http://litbangdanpustaka-dephub.go.id, http://diklat.dephub.go.id atau di Kantor Badan Litbang/Badan Diklat Perhubungan, Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur No.5 Jakarta Pusat.

VI. KEWAJIBAN PENYAMPAIAN KELENGKAPAN ADMINISTRASI BAGI PELAMAR YANG DINYATAKAN LULUS AKHIR DAN DITERIMA SEBAGAI CPNS DEPARTEMEN PERHUBUNGAN
Pelamar wajib menyerahkan kelengkapan administrasi berupa:
1. Surat lamaran yang ditulis tangan dengan huruf balok oleh yang bersangkutan dengan tinta hitam serta mencantumkan kualifikasi pendidikan beserta kode pendidikan dan jabatan yang dilamar beserta kode jabatan;
2. Salinan / Foto Copy Ijazah yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang dan Transkrip Nilai (Surat Keterangan Lulus Sementara tidak berlaku);
3. Fotokopi Surat Keterangan Pengalaman Kerja bagi yang sebelumnya telah memiliki pengalaman kerja;
4. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
5. Pas Foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) lembar dengan mencantumkan nama dan jabatan yang dilamar dibalik pas foto;
6. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisisan (SKCK);
7. Surat Keterangan Sehat;
8. Surat Keterangan Tidak Mengkonsumsi / Menggunakan Narkotika / Psikotropika, dan zat adiktif lainnya dari dokter yang berwenang;
9. Kartu Pencari Kerja yang dikeluarkan oleh Instansi yang bertanggungjawab di bidang Ketenagakerjaan;
10. Surat Pernyataan Bersedia Tidak Pindah ke Unit Kerja / Instansi Lain, minimal 5 (lima) tahun sejak masa TMT Pengangkatan CPNS ditulis tangan dengan huruf balok oleh yang bersangkutan dengan tinta hitam dan dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,00.
VII. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
1. Surat Lamaran yang dikirim kepada Departemen Perhubungan sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku;
2. Panitia tidak melayani lamaran yang diserahkan secara langsung termasuk melalui telepon dan surat menyurat, selain melalui PO BOX yang telah ditentukan;
3. Dalam seleksi pengadaan CPNS Departemen Perhubungan, pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun;
4. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap segala pungutan yang dibebankan kepada para pelamar yang mengatasnamakan panitia;
5. Bagi mereka yang dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan terakhir seleksi tetapi mengundurkan diri diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan Panitia sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,- (Dua Puluh Juta Rupiah);
6. Pelamar diwajibkan proaktif untuk memantau informasi lanjutan mengenai pengadaan CPNS Departemen Perhubungan Tingkat D-III, D-II dan D-I Tahun Anggaran 2008 ini melalui informasi resmi yaitu website Departemen Perhubungan dengan alamat http://www.dephub.go.id, http://perkeretaapian.dephub.go.id, http://hubdat.web.id, http://litbangdanpustaka-dephub.go.id, http://diklat.dephub.go.id atau di Kantor Badan Litbang/Badan Diklat Perhubungan, Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur No.5 Jakarta Pusat, sehingga apabila terjadi kelalaian karena pelamar tidak mengikuti perkembangan, maka menjadi tanggung jawab pelamar dan Panitia Tim Pengadaan CPNS Dephub tidak bertanggungjawab atas kelalaian pelamar dimaksud;
7. Keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

PENERIMAAN CPNS LIPI 2008

LIPI Buka Pendaftaran CPNS 2008, Online Mulai 15 September

Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) membuka penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) tahun 2008 mulai tanggal 15 September dengan sistem online melalui Sistem Informasi Penerimaan CPNS LIPI (SIPC) yang bisa diakses di www.cpns.lipi.go.id.

Tahapan proses penerimaan CPNS LIPI terdiri dari verifikasi administrasi (15 September - 24 Oktober 2008), ujian tertulis (1 Nopember 2008), wawancara (10 - 12 Nopember 2008), dan pengumuman pelamar diterima (15 Nopember 2008). CPNS yang diterima di LIPI akan mulai aktif bekerja pada tanggal 1 Maret 2009.

“LIPI mendapat formasi dari MenPAN sebanyak 152 orang tahun ini”, jelas Kepala Biro Organisasi dan Kepegawaian (BOK) LIPI Dr. Siti Nuramaliati Prijono. “Jumlah ini terbagi untuk formasi peneliti, teknisi, dan tenaga administrasi dari berbagai tingkat pendidikan (SLTA, D3, S1, S2, S3) dengan berbagai latar belakang kajian ilmu“, paparnya.

“Terkait perubahan proses penerimaan CPNS secara umum oleh MenPAN/BKN sejak 2004 lalu, LIPI menerapkan Sistem Penerimaan Pegawai Online pada tahun 2005. Hal ini terbukti sangat efektif baik dari segi waktu, dana maupun tenaga“, tuturnya.

Sistem Penerimaan Pegawai Online adalah perangkat lunak generik yang kemudian diaplikasikan di SIPC LIPI sejak tahun 2005 dan telah memperoleh Hak Cipta yang diterbitkan Departemen Hukum dan Perundangan RI dengan registrasi No. 036749 pada tanggal 9 Juni 2008.

Penggagas SIPC-LIPI Dr. Laksana Tri Handoko menambahkan, sistem SIPC yang berbasis web dinamis ini memungkinkan seluruh proses dilakukan secara online dan transparan bagi semua pihak terkait (pelamar, panitia/LIPI, dan masyarakat). “Kelebihan sistem ini selain mudah dipakai dan dipelihara oleh seluruh pihak terkait juga sangat transparan“, ungkapnya.

Dengan sistem ini dimungkinkan kontrol internal yang ketat dan check and re-check antar bagian dan level. “Sebagai bukti, penyimpangan hasil dari SIPC tahun lalu sangat kecil terjadi, karena terdapat sekuriti akses di setiap level“, tegas Handoko, yang juga peneliti di Puslit Fisika – LIPI.

Material Control Coordinator (Code: MCC)


Reports to Material Control Manager, the candidate is responsible to assist the Logistics Manager as required in the following:

· Define the material management procedures.

· Receive and analyze material expediting status.

· Evaluates requirements for storage, handling and protection.

· Receive and analyze shipping forecast.

· Receive, administrate and file shipping documents and material certificates.

· Coordinates with the Transportation Agent, to ensure speedy customs clearance and forwarding to Site.

· Prepare storage ground or location.

· Ensure the Vendor’s Instructions for Preservation are carried out.

· Coordinates when necessary and perform unloading at port / inland transportation.

· Issue transport insurance claim notifications.

· Notify discipline supervision/construction superintendent/planning of material delivery.

· Supervise quantity check and conformity with packing list/purchase order and material requisition.

· Supervise checking of the conditions of the goods received.

· Supervise verification, with discipline supervisors, of suspected material discrepancies and defaults.

· Supervise verification of material identification versus material certificate and colour coding.

· Ensures that all materials and equipment are properly protected and maintained at all times.



General Requirements:

· Must possess at least university degree from economics background.

· Having minimum 3-5 years working relevant experiences in logistics and warehousing area, experience in finance area will be a plus and preferred with Multi National Companies.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management.

· Good knowledge in administration and ERP systems.

· Good knowledge of shipment, loading and unloading processes.

· Knowledge of cement manufacturing process is preferred.

· English proficiency (Mandarin is a plus) and Computer literate for Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point programs are required.

This is a staff position reporting to Safety Health Environmental & Permitting Superintendent. This position is responsible for supervising site environmental (including reclamation) & permitting activities with the objective to meet government regulation & company standards within the budget given.



Qualifications required:

· S-1 degree in environment science, agriculture, forestry or other relevant discipline.

· Having 3 years experience in mining industry environmental & permits management

· Excellent knowledge in environmental regulations and mining operation related permits.

· Familiar with AMDAL reporting as well as RKL & RPL.

· Having good experiences in Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan.

· Having good experiences in Waste Water Management.

· Good skills in environmental assessment and auditing.

· Having good understanding in mining plan and mining closure plan & progress, compliance and permitting system.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Program / Application and Minescape for Reclamation.
