Fast growing "Telecomunication Tower Sharing" company based in Jakarta need a qualified, energic and smart person to fill in a position of:
RF / TX SENIOR ENGINEER ( RF )
JOB DESK
- Melakukan cell planning
- Menganalisa coverage dan connectivity
- Create intelligence planning untuk potensi pasar dari sudut pandang RF & Connenctivity & aspek Telco lainnya
- Menganalisa site colocation berdasarkan coverage customer
- Menganalisa dan melaksanakan pengelolaan frekwensi interference, radio propagation dalam lingkup RF & Conectivity
- Melakukan check & approval untuk implementasi site development dari sisi RF & Connectivity
REQUIREMENT
- Laki - laki
- Pendidikan S1 dari universitas terkemuka jurusan Elektro, Telekomunikasi atau Fisika
- Pengalaman min 3 tahun:
- RF Planning
- RF optimization, RF interference
- mengenai perangkat RBS / Radio
- dalam LOS Survey
- Dapat menggunakan alat survey RF
- Menguasai RF Software, Microsoft Office, Path Los Software
- Memiliki analitical skill yang kuat
- Sanggup bekerja "under pressure"
