DUPONT SAFETY RESOURCES CONSULTANT (DSR Consultant)

Main Purpose:

Responsible for delivering solutions and services to DSR clients. This involves a series of non-routine to complex consulting projects, working with the client’s culture, assessing their needs, then creatively and flexibly adapting DSR knowledge into consultative solutions, which inspire confidence and demand for additional services.


Major Responsibilities:

* Perform analysis of client business challenges and formulate hypothesis.
*

Analyze costs and associated benefits and build business case for client change with limited supervision
*

Develop presentations and documents, at professional standards of excellence, for immediate client use in documenting and executing revised business processes.
*

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to detect unarticulated needs and adapt consulting approach to satisfy each unique client situation.
*

Build and maintain client relationships so as to identify follow on sales opportunities for DSR.


Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Engineering or other disciplines
*

Minimum 3 years of Safety, Health & Environment experience (supervisory or leader position) in manufacture, oil and gas, utilities, aerospace, construction or transportation
*

Excellent communication and presentation skills
*

Willing to travel up to 30% - 40% in support of client engagements
*

Willing to work either in project base or in fixed term contract
