(AIG) the leading U.S. based international insurance organization with the largest underwriter of commercial and industrial insurance in the United States, is looking for the right candidate for the following positions:




SENIOR TRAINER (Supervisor Level)

Reporting to the Regional Agency Director , the successful candidate will need to be able deliver exceptional training programmes and also need to be a good motivator and communicator.



Duties and Responsibilities :


·Identify training and development needs

·Support training and development advances and practices

·Build close working relationship with sales staff and sales force

·Training materials development



Requirements:


·Bachelor degree in economics, marketing & communications

·Maximum 30 years old with experience in training delivery with at least 1-2 years experience in banking/ insurance/ financial institutions

·Well versed in office application software

·Fluent in written and spoken English
