As the biggest car manufacturing in South-East Asia and the main global production base for Daihatsu & Toyota products which firmly managed by Astra Management System, PT ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR, challenge all intellectuals to achieve their self actualizations by joining our Kaizen – Culture Team within several positions:

1. Marketing & sales Planning

* Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to raw data analysis that will used to plan & implement marketing & sales actions. Maintain good teamwork to all related section.

2. Production Control & Engineering
* Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to car production, especially in daily control of production plan. Maintain good teamwork in order to cope with engineering-related concept and problems.

3. Production

* to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to car production, such as Painting, Welding, and overall Production. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production plan.

4. Production Preparation Control & Logistic

* Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to car production, especially the demand & supply in logistic department of each plant. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production plan.

5. Part & Supply Control

* Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to part order & supply. Maintain good teamwork to all related section.

6. Export & Import

* Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to export-import traffic activities. Maintain good teamwork to government institutions & all related section, internal nor external.

7. Quality

* Responsible to make sure that all process of checking & controlling product quality is well operated to lessen defect per unit (DPU).

8. Maintenance

* Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and control all activities related to car production, especially in maintenance department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production plan.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Undergraduate Degree (S1) of Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng., Electric Eng. (1, 2,2 3,4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
* Minimum GPA 2,9 (scale of 4) & show evidence of good level in English (oral&written).
* Ready to be placed in plant/factory in Jakarta and Karawang & demonstrate a good & comprehensive knowledge & skill mastering.
* Exhibit good leadership & communication and show excellent analytical thinking process.
