Financial Analyst - Indonesia


Financial Analyst

Expected Areas of Competence ( i.e., Skills and Abilities):

Assist Business Planning Manager in providing financial expertise to the responsible business unit and exerts influence to assist decision making of senior management in meeting financial commitment.
*
Able to assist Business Planning Manager in analyzing complex financial and organizational situations and business trends, develops and recommends independent reasoned business options, and contributes to management decisions on strategy development. Detail oriented and accurate.
*
Ensures accuracy and timeliness in local and corporate reporting, interfaces effectively with Business Planning manager & Finance Director and local management.
*
Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationship with Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Information Technology to promote effective and efficient operations.
*
Exhibits exemplary standards of integrity, ensures complete understanding of and rigorous compliance with MJ accounting policies, standard operating procedures, internal control standards and ethical behaviors.
*
Interacts with, understands and considers the needs of external and internal customers and responds proactively to enhance service quality.
*
Monitors and measures progress towards objectives. Provides feedback on results.
*
Works independently with minimal support.
*
Problem solves by evaluating alternatives and recommends a plan of action.

Experiences Desired:

*
Significant experience in budget and financial planning processes, P&L management, treasury, tax and financial operations for a multinational company.
*
Experience in communicating with local and regional management.
*
Worked in a complex and dynamic environment.
*
Worked in an internal client service culture assisting operating departments to achieve their business goals.

Knowledge Desired:

*
Knowledge of all aspects of financial management and the entire financial operation process, including bookkeeping, company policies & procedures, companies code/law.
*
Skilled in Excel/TMI & other appropriate software packages.
*
Understanding of process in manufacturing, sales, marketing, distribution processes and cycles.
*
Clear concise written and verbal communications skills.
*
Familiarity with BPCS includes query applications is preferable.
*
Effective communication & presentation skills and fluency in English with clear concise written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

*
Min. S1 majoring Accounting from reputable university
*
Min. IPK 3,00
*
At least 3 years experience in the same field
