Has min 2 years experiences in supervisory level in pharmacy/cosmetic/food industry or consumer goods manufacturing
*
Has strong knowledge and experienced in Management System (ISO 9001, CPOB, GMP) and production technology
*
Strong leadership, mature, honest, responsible, high motivated, self confidence and able work in a team
*
Abe to operate computer, especially MS Office

Financial Accountant
REQUIREMENTS:-
* Minimum S-1 Degree from Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 with scale 4.00
* Minimum 8 years' post qualifying experience and at least 3 years gained from one of the leading public accounting firms or multinational company as Accountant
* Good communication in English both oral & written
* Proficient with the requirements of Indonesian laws and regulations including Indonesian accounting standards and local tax legislations etc
* Possess initiative and are enthusiastic. Independent and reliable in handling tasks assigned, willingness to work outside normal hours whenever required
* High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethic, excellent analytical thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to travel whenever necessary
DESCRIPTION:-
* Managing all aspects of the finance and bookkeeping functions of the company
* Ensuring that the financial reports are prepared in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with Indonesia accounting GAAP and US GAAP
* Implement new procedures and policies to ensure that the system of internal control over the operations is adequate and that there are proper controls in place
* Offering advice based on the findings of relevant financial and statistical information to help shape strategic management decisions
* To coordinate all taxation related matters in Indonesia
* Assist in banking matters, including filing of all kind of Tax Returns in Indonesia
* Coordinating with the external auditors and all other relevant government authorities
* Monitoring Company’s financial performance at all times
* Coordinating with Regional Office to ensure that reporting is done on a timely manner & report on time.
